Ph.D. student at the Comprehensive Foodomics Platform, Chair of Analytical Food Chemistry (TUM School of Life Sciences) in cooperation with the Research Unit Analytical BioGeoChemistry (BGC, Helmholtz Munich)
Research interests
- foodomics analysis of emissions from cooking processes
- (ultra)high-resolving mass spectrometric methods for the identification of small molecules in complex matrices
- development of bioinformatic tools in R and Python for the evaluation of untargeted metabolomic datasets
