Karyotyping
Aim of this service is G-banding karyotyping of pluripotent stems cells.
Sample submission: cryopreserved pluripotent stem cells line. The cells must be pathogen free (HIV-, HBV-, HCV-) and mycoplasma negative.
The iPSCs are expanded, mitotically inactivated, fixed and metaphases are prepared.
The service requires 2 months for completion.
The report to the customer includes 20 metaphases.
