Somatic Cell Isolation
We offer services for the isolation of cell populations from primary tissue biopsies as well as whole blood (peripheral blood mononuclear cells or selected blood cells of interest). Our expertise includes biopsy digestion, expansion of the derived cell population of interest and preparation of a seed stock for further experiments. We have experience with a variety of tissues including but not limited to blood, skin, lung, liver, intestine, colon, cartilage. Our services are optimised to ensure high quality samples for reprogramming and other downstream applications of interest such as single cell sequencing.
