Metabolomics ServiceWe continuously expand our portfolio with new assays and adapt established assays to new sample matrices. Please contact Dr. Michael Witting in case you are interested in particular metabolites or samples matrices that are currently not covered by our existing portfolio.
Upcoming assays, that are currently under development:
- Central Carbon Metabolism (via HILIC-MS)
- Fatty acid-hydroxy fatty acids (FAHFAs, via RPLC-MS)
- Coenzyme Q9 & Q10 (via HPLC-ECD)
We use the iLab Core Management system to book services by internal and external users.
