Antibody Conjugation
Labelled primary antibodies have several advantages and can be used for:
- Combination of several antibodies from the same species in one experiment
- Signal enhancement using anti-conjugate secondary antibodies
- Reduction of staining background e.g when staining mouse tissue with primary mouse antibodies
We couple purified antibodies to a variety of enzymes and fluorescent dyes depending on your requirements. We offer direct labeling of purified antibodies to biotin, HRP, FITC and intense fluorescent dyes including Alexa Fluor®, DyLight®, Atto and others at typical scales from 60ug to several mg of IgG antibody.
