The Women@HelmholtzMunich month aims to raise awareness of women in science and science-related positions. During this time, female scientists will have their say: Various voices from the scientific community will talk about their motivation to work in academia, highlight the hurdles women continue to face in science but also point up the support services offered at Helmholtz Munich and outside. Inspiring women from the Helmholtz Munich community and beyond will share their visions through webinars, film screenings, a digital exhibition and panel discussions during this month. The events include a variety of topics from equal recruitment processes to role model talks or gender aspects in research. All Helmholtz Munich members are invited to join and some events are also open to external participants.
