Welcome to CF-Biobank

CF-Biobank stores biosamples from research, population-based and clinical studies in a quality-controlled manner and can provide research projects with biosamples and associated data.

Our services are open to Helmholtz Munich scientists and collaboration partners on a fee-for-service basis.

ISO Certification

Since 2018 the Biobank and accompanying lab services are certified according to EN ISO 9001: 2015 to steadly improve our processes, identify risks and our customer´s needs.

Sample Storage

We store in our facility multiple different biosamples according to SOPs and to the biosamples properties.

All processes are centrally controlled and monitored in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015. Backup and emergency concepts ensure an ideal environment for biosamples and data.

How to use the CF-Biobank

If you are interested in using the services of the CF Biobank or need support in biosample retrieval, ethical issues, or IT / LIMS questions, or if you plan to use the CF Biobank services for the first time, we will schedule a meeting to discuss your needs and give you a first overview.

If you are already a customer, please send us your request to our service email below. The customers then receive a cost estimate and our tariffs overview.
