Metabolomic ServiceWe continuously expand our portfolio with new assays and adapt established assays to new sample matrices. Please contact Dr. Michael Witting (Michael.Witting@helmholtz-muenchen.de) in case you are interested in particular metabolites or samples matrices that are currently not covered by our existing portfolio.
Upcoming assays, that are currently under development:
- Central Carbon Metabolism
- Total Fatty Acids (GC-MS)
- Fatty acid-hydroxy fatty acids (FAHFAs)
- Coenzyme Q9 & Q10 (HPLC-ECD)
We use the ilab Core Management system to book services by internal and external users.
