About us

Spatially-resolved single cell biology is reshaping our knowledge of cellular behaviour in health and disease. The advent of single cell multiomics has allowed us to measure multiple cellular processes from the same cell, offering an unprecedented opportunity to understand the cellular basis of disease. At the same time, state-of-the-art AI architectures have allowed us to integrate large scale, diverse data types that can model systems with great detail. Despite these advances, the translational applications of single cell biology have been modest. Our goal is to translate spatially-resolved single cell multiomics into the next generation of point-of-care diagnostics. We focus on linking clinical information with cellular behaviour to identify personalised diagnostic biomarkers for disease progression and treatment response in inflammatory and infectious diseases.
