HOPARL project kick-off!

Computational Health,

In October, we kicked off our new project HOPARL at Helmholtz Munich, together with experts and scientists from the Helmholtz Institute for RNA-based Infection Research (HIRI), the Technical University of Munich (TUM), and the University of Würzburg.

HOPARL aims to dissect host-pathogen crosstalk and dynamics via representation learning of single cell response, which will substantially advance state-of-the-art tools to analyse, interpret and represent the dynamics of host-pathogen interactions, and provide much-needed analysis frameworks to the infection biology community.

Looking forward to the collaboration!
