EReMiD

EReMiD, the second project funded in the frame of the Helmholtz Metadata Initative, has the aim to improve the findability, accessibility, interoperability and reuse (FAIRness) of microbiology data. We want to address the challenge of reusing microbiome data through the integration of (meta)data, enhancement of orphan/inaccessible data, and innovative use of technologies and tools. In addition, the project is addressing a wider issue for the microbiology research community, which is access and use of microbiome data across more than one discipline.
