Helmholtz Metadata Collaboration

Open science strongly relies on FAIR data principles, meaning data are findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable. One key component for reusability of data is the provision of informative metadata, which help interpreting results. In the frame of the Helmholtz Metadata Collaboration we are working on two tools MicroMacS  (Microbiome Machine for Synthesis) and EReMiD. Both projects are based on collaborations with the UFZ.
