Research interests

  • Metabolic links between exercise and neurodegenerative diseases
  • Metabolite and protein changes in response to exercise
  • Multi-omics links to health-related and disease-related exercise phenotypes (e.g. cardiovascular fitness or muscle mass)
  • Using metabolites and proteins to predict exercise responsiveness
