During my bachelor and master study, I had been trained as an experimental biologist with solid knowledge in molecular biology. With a biology background and computational skillset, I enjoy doing interdisciplinary research at ICB. My research focuses on dissecting the pathological mechanisms of complex diseases such as diabetes and its complications by integrating multi-modal datasets. I am employing machine learning and advanced statistics to develop computational pipelines that deal with complex biomedical datasets and build interpretable diagnostic and prognostic models.
