Short CV

I studied applied mathematics at Saint-Petersburg State University, Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Control Processes and mathematics in bioscience at Technical University of Munich. After obtaining my M.Sc. at TUM, I started as a PhD student at the Institute of Computational Biology in the Data-driven Computational Modeling group in 2019.

Current research

I am a member of the BMBF-funded Junior Research Alliance PeriNAA. The topic of my subproject is Data-driven mechanistic modelling of NAA metabolism. Within PeriNAA, we apply dynamical modelling of cellular metabolism to understand the role of NAA in health and disease.
