Sabrina Richter
PhD candidate

I did my BSc in Mathematics at LMU and a Masters degree in 'Mathematics in Data Science' at TUM. In October 2020, I started as a PhD student at ICB supervised by Dr. Benjamin Schubert and Prof. Fabian Theis.

Current Research

My main research is centered around mass spectrometry based single cell proteomics data. Starting from appropriate preprocessing over basic data analyses to the question of how the transcriptome and proteome interact.

Happy to exchange experiences if you are working on LC-MS/MS preprocessing, domain mapping, gene regulatory network inference or anything related to single cell proteomics! :slightly_smiling_face:
