Shaoping Hu

Shaoping Hu is a PhD student in Dr. Yuval Rinkevich’s lab, in the Institute of Regenerative Biology and Medicine, Helmholtz Munich.

She is interested in fundamental questions of how lung fibrosis develops during the chronic injury. Her current research focuses on lung fibrosis, and signaling mechanisms in stromal cells and to pursue the potential therapeutic options for lung fibrosis.

Shaoping Hu obtained her Master study in Cancer Research Center at Xiamen University, where she started her research about the effects of mesenchymal stem cells on colitis and colon cancer.
