Plant genome reference databases

PGSB (formerly MIPS) PlantsDB has a long-standing tradition of developing and maintaining plant genome reference databases. The first instance of PlantsDB was dedicated to Arabidopsis thaliana, the first plant genome sequenced in 2000/2001. Since then, a number of additional reference genomes/species were added, with some of the large and complex Triticeae (wheat and barley) genomes being our latest new instances.
