Dr. Andy Qarri is a research scientist in Dr. Yuval Rinkevich’s lab, conducting his research on stem cells biology in the Institute of Regenerative Biology and Medicine, Helmholtz Munich. Dr. Qarri’s research focuses on developing cell lines originated from tunicates, and the work has been further focused on thraustochytrids that commonly overtake primary cell cultures. Previously, he was an active researcher in the stem cells industry in Israel. He conducted his master degree research at the University of Haifa and obtained his doctoral degree at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
