Research Area
Nazanin has been working as a PhD student in COMI since September 2023, focusing her work on the impact of flavor enhancers on the structure and function of the intestinal microbiome. Her project is embedded in a collaboration between the ZIEL of the Technical University of Munich, the Research Unit for Comparative Microbiome Analysis and the Research Unit Analytical Biogeochemistry of Helmholtz Munich.
