Susanne Kublik is Head of the Laboratory at COMI since 2012 and focusing on the assessment of microbiomes of different environments using next generation sequencing. She is operating the next generation sequencers including MiSeq and NextSeq 550 (Illumina). She is project leader for genetic engineering related to GenTSV §15, safety officer and first aider.
