- Design of ethics documents (patient information, informed consent) for biobanks and for data and biomaterial collections within clinical studies, including critical issues like the management of incidental findings and withdrawal of consent.
The ethics and data protection concept of the Helmholtz Munich Biobank includes all relevant points according to the GDPR regulation and was approved by the ethical commission of Bayerische Landesärztekammer in March 2020.
