Antibody Purification
While antibody culture supernatant can be used for many applications, purification is mandatory for antibody capture experiments, for antibody conjugation and for in vivo applications.
We can generate antibody supernatants in small culture flask or in bioreactors for small or large-scale purification on our ÄKTA Avant and ÄKTA Pure systems. Antibodies are purified via protein A/G affinity chromatography and protein aggregates are removed by size exclusion chromatography. Purified antibodies are supplied sterile‑filtered in phosphate buffer without stabilizers or preservatives.
We also offer endotoxin measurement and endotoxin purification to provide antibodies for your particular application (f.e. in vivo studies). In addition, we can determine antibody affinities of purified antibodies using the Sartorius Octet R2 System.
