Wei's project aims to study and understand the underlying causes of lung fibrosis, as well as to develop new treatment options and therapies that can help patients manage this condition. She is very interested in identifying novel biomarkers that can be used to diagnose, monitor, and treat lung fibrosis. She believes biomarkers could help us to better understand the underlying mechanisms of the disease and provide a means of tracking its progression and response to treatment.
