We promote work-life balance through flexible working conditions. The flexitime will allow you to structure your day according to your personal needs, in coordination with your team. The possibility of mobile working gives you freedom to switch between working from home and office days. If you need further flexibility in certain life phases, individual working time models may allow you to reduce working time.

Work & Family

While you concentrate on your work, your child will be well cared for at our on-site daycare center (Neuherberg campus, managed by AWO). During the school holidays, vacation childcare for four weeks provides relief. You can bring your child to the family office when you are settling in at a daycare center or when there are childcare bottlenecks. If you have family members in need of care, our cooperation partner will support you with Elder Care Consulting.

Health offers

Your health is very important to us. Therefore, we have a company doctor, preventive medical checkups, vaccination programs, sports courses (some of which are free of charge), and lectures and courses on topics such as healthy eating, stress reduction and mental health. Our workplaces are ergonomically designed according to current standards.
