Work life balance

We promote work-life balance through flexible working conditions. The flexitime will allow you to structure your day according to your personal needs, in coordination with your team. The possibility of mobile working gives you freedom to switch between working from home and office days. If you need further flexibility in certain life phases, individual working time models may allow you to reduce working time.

Work & Family

While you concentrate on your work, your child will be well cared for at our on-site daycare center (Neuherberg campus, managed by AWO). You are welcome to use the parent-child office during the familiarisation period or in times of childcare bottlenecks. During the holidays, we offer a holiday care service for a total of four weeks, which provides additional relief. In addition, a comprehensive counselling service is available to you and your family – for expectant and young parents, as well as for topics related to caregiving relatives. You can also count on competent advice when returning to the world of work and on questions regarding financial support options.

Health offers

Your health is very important to us. Therefore, we have a company doctor, preventive medical checkups, vaccination programs, sports courses (some of which are free of charge), and lectures and courses on topics such as healthy eating, stress reduction and mental health. Our workplaces are ergonomically designed according to current standards.

Company pension scheme
