During your training, you will work in all major administrative departments, such as the human resources department, finance department and purchasing/procurement. You will be carefully instructed there, integrated into practice and gain extensive insights. In addition, all trainees take part in internal training (Word, Excel, PP courses), training on learning and communication strategies, and team training. After your training, as an office management assistant, you will be a specialist in organisational and commercial administrative activities, office processes, orders, personnel, finances and corresponding controlling, as well as event management.
Our optional qualifications are "commercial management and control", "human resources", "purchasing and logistics" and "assistance and secretarial services". After completing your training, all areas of administration are open to you to start your professional life!
