Core Facility Genomics (CF-GEN) provides state of the art infrastructure, expert support and service for a wide range of genomics applications to internal and external customers on a fee for service basis. We offer comprehensive support including experimental design, next generation sequencing services, single cell sequencing, nucleic acid extraction, genotyping and bioinformatics. A complimentary portfolio of data analysis training courses and support with grants and publications help our users in achieving their goals.
We use the iLab Core Management system to book services by internal and external users.
