Helmholtz Munich Internal Customers
Go to Helmholtz Munich iLab and register in iLab using your Helmholtz Credentials, if you don’t already have an account.
Once logged in, click on 'list all cores' on the left side of your page. Locate CORE FACILITY Pathology and Tissue Analytics (CF-PTA), then open the Request Services or Schedule Equipment tab.
Non-Helmholtz Munich Customers
Step 1: Consultation with Core
All external core customers must contact Core Facility Pathology and Tissue Analytics (CF-PTA) first to discuss scope and feasibility of the planned project. Please email us.
After confirming our core can do the project all external customers must register with iLab, our core facility management tool.
Step 2: Registration for iLab account and sign-up with Core
Go to Helmholtz Munich iLab and register for an iLab account.
Click the blue “register-button” in the upper right corner.
Please complete all required information, including your institutions billing address.
After you click submit, iLab Support will send you your login credentials, usually within 24hrs.
Once you have an account, log in to CF-PTA and request access to the core.
CF-PTA will compose a quotation for your project and submit it to you via iLab for review. When you agree to the services listed and require no more edits from us, and you want to move forward with the work, please send us a PDF copy of the signed quotation as well as a PDF copy of a purchase order (PO) from your organization. Receipt of both documents is mandatory before the core will commence any work on your project. Detailed instructions are included on the quotation.
