Fibroblast Derivation
Target of this service is the derivation of primary dermal fibroblasts from skin biopsy.
Please email the completed submission form and provide a health certificate outlining that the health status of the donor is pathogen free (HIV-, HBV-, HCV-).
Sample submission: fresh or cryopreserved skin biopsy, no less than 2 mm in diameter.
The derivation service for primary fibroblasts spans 30 days.
Skin fibroblasts are expanded over 30 days to approximately 25x10E6 cells total.
The frozen stock is stored for reprogramming and/or sent back to clients
