PBMCs Isolation
Target of this service is the isolation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) from whole blood.
Please email the completed submission form and provide a health certificate outlining that the health status of the donor is pathogen free (HIV-, HBV-, HCV-).
Sample submission: 5-10 ml vial of fresh whole blood in EDTA/Heparin collection tube.
PBMCs are isolated using Ficoll – Paque density gradient centrifugation
The isolation service requires one day. The cells can be cultured further for reprogramming or cryopreserved directly
