Pluripotency

Aim of this service is testing the expression of pluripotency markers (OCT4, SOX2, LIN28 and NANOG) via immunocytochemistry for the newly established or cryopreserved pluripotent stem cell lines.

Sample submission: cryopreserved pluripotent stem cells line. The cells muss be pathogen free (HIV-, HBV-, HCV-) and mycoplasma negative.

Cells will be thawn, expanded and prepared for immunofluorescent staining. 

The service requires 1 months for completion.
