Our scientific talent and career development programs
We are the point of contact for scientific talent management and the promotion and further development of the next generation of young scientists - one of the central goals at Helmholtz Munich.
The comprehensive talent management and career development strategy of our center is organized to recruit and train the best young scientists, to support them in their career development towards multiple tracks and to increase the number of women in leadership positions. This is achieved through training and career development programs from postgraduate education right through to tenure-track programs for young group leaders.
