CRISPR/Cas9 iPSC Editing

We offer RNP-based Cas9 genome editing, which uses a pre-assembled Cas9 protein and synthetic guide RNA (sgRNA) complex to ensure footprint-free and efficient genome editing with reduced off-target effects and cellular toxicity compared to plasmid-based methods. Our service includes design of the targeting strategy, testing of the guide RNA and generation of single cell derived genome-edited iPSC clones. Off-target assessment is available on request. We can generate knock-out and knock-in iPSC lines for your target of interest, but do not perform high-throughput CRISPR screening. Our team has gained extensive experience in genomic editing over the last three years and can provide guidance and support for your basic CRISPR/Cas research needs.
