Core Facility Genomics (CF-GEN) provides state of the art infrastructure, expert support and service for a wide range of genomics applications to internal and external customers on a fee for service basis. We offer comprehensive support including experimental design, next generation sequencing services, single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, genotyping and nucleic acid extraction. Primary data analysis is provided free of charge by our Core Facility Bioinformatics and Statistics (CF-BIOS). Additional data analyses are available on a fee basis at CF-BIOS.

We use the iLab Core Management system to book services by internal and external users.

CF-GEN combines different platforms: Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Single Cell applications, Long Read Sequencing, Spatial Transcriptomics and Genotyping (Illumina Microarray), working together to provide a full service, but keeping the flexibility to accept requests at any step of the process. We offer a wide range of services and continuously work on implementing the latest technologies for our user base.
