Core Facility Genomics (CF-GEN) provides state of the art infrastructure, expert support and service for a wide range of genomics applications to internal and external customers on a fee for service basis. We offer comprehensive support including experimental design, next generation sequencing services, single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, genotyping, nucleic acid extraction and bioinformatics. A complimentary portfolio of data analysis training courses and support with grants and publications help our users in achieving their goals.

We use the iLab Core Management system to book services by internal and external users.

CF-GEN combines different platforms: Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Single Cell applications, Long Read Sequencing, Spatial Transcriptomics, Genotyping (Illumina Microarray) and Bioinformatics, working together to provide a full service, but keeping the flexibility to accept requests at any step of the process. We offer a wide range of services and continuously work on implementing the latest technologies for our user base.
