What you can expect

  • You’ll get to know key administrative departments such as Human Resources, Finance, and Purchasing, and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day office work
  • Learn to plan, organize, and coordinate business processes, meetings, and events — becoming the backbone of smooth operations
  • Take on administrative and commercial tasks in areas like personnel, purchasing, finances, controlling and communication
  • Your are participating in internal trainings on IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), communication, and teamwork
  • Choose from our optional focus areas:
    • commercial management and control
    • human resources management
    • purchasing and logistics
  • After completing your training, you’ll be ready to start your career in any administrative field — from HR to finance to event management

  • I have a good intermediate school-leaving certificate, business school or a vocational baccalaureate
  • My grades in German, English and mathematics are good
  • I have already acquired basic knowledge of MS Office

  • My strengths include a strong willingness to learn and quick comprehension
