Dr. He studierte Elektrotechnik an der Chongqing University und absolvierte seinen M.Sc. im Bereich Informationstechnik an der Tianjin University in China. Im Jahr 2018 promovierte er an der Fakultät für Elektrotechnik der Technischen Universität München. Von 2018 bis 2021 war er als Postdoktorand am Institut für Biologische und Medizinische Bildgebung (IBMI) am Helmholtz Zentrum München tätig. Seit 2021 leitet er dort eine Forschungsgruppe. Seine wissenschaftlichen Interessen liegen in der Entwicklung biomedizinischer Bildgebungstechniken sowie computergestützter Methoden für biologische und klinische Anwendungen.
