Research Area

Lisa-Marie Streb has been working as a PhD student in COMI since February 2022 in the CONTACT project funded by the ERA-NET Cofund Aquatic Pollutants. Her work investigates how commonly used antibiotics and antiparasitic substances impact host-associated microbiomes of cultured fish and non-target organisms like freshwater mussels as well as environmental microbiomes from water and sediment within the broader context of the OneHealth framework.
