Marcus Vinicius da Silva Rodrigues

Marcus Rodrigues works as a scientist in COMI within the EReMiD project. His work focuses on developing and applying reproducible bioinformatics workflows for large-scale processing of public sequencing data. He contributes to SRA data retrieval, taxonomic classification, workflow optimisation, computational infrastructure, and scientific outputs, with the aim of improving the scalability of microbiome data analysis.
