Research Area
Susanne Walch is Head of the Laboratory at COMI since 2012 and focuses on the assessment of microbiomes of different environments using next-generation sequencing. She is operating the next-generation sequencers, including MiSeq and NextSeq 550 (Illumina). She is the project leader for genetic engineering related to GenTSV §15, safety officer, and first aider.
