Reprogramming

Our core facility specialises in the reprogramming of various primary cells to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) using mRNA and Sendai-based reprogramming methods. These reprogramming services are offered as they have been published as being reproducible, efficient, safe and easy to translate.

The mRNA reprogramming is compatible with a plethora of adherent somatic cells and has a service turnaround of 2 months for the delivery of 3 clonal seed banks per primary donor line. 

Sendai reprogramming is our preferred method for blood reprogramming, and the service includes the delivery of two Sendai free clonal seed banks. This method can be combined with the isolation and expansion of a selected blood cell population of interest, such as CD34+ cells, CD3+ cells, or CD4/CD8 cells. Our team is dedicated to providing reliable and reproducible reprogramming services to meet your research needs.
