Events Public Engagement

On July 20, 2024, the clever.gesund team from Helmholtz Munich, along with colleagues from the Institute of Medical Imaging and the Human Resources department, showcased their diverse range of services at the Oben Ohne Festival on Munich's Königsplatz.

The Oben Ohne Open Air once again drew around 20,000 visitors this year. At the Helmholtz Munich booth in the festival’s Future Park, young attendees could test their knowledge on nutrition, exercise, stress, and sleep in a relaxed environment while exploring the clever.gesund health portal. Meanwhile, the Institute of Medical Imaging’s "Imaging Twister" offered a fun twist, allowing visitors to stretch and tangle as they learned about optoacoustic imaging techniques. Teenagers and young adults also eagerly explored the various training opportunities available at Helmholtz Munich.
